# Licensing Servers Issue

- In some cases, **HWID activation** may fail because the system couldn't connect to HWID licensing servers.
- The activation script will inform you about this if that is the case. We suggest following the below guide only when the script tells you to do so.

## Network Reset
- In Windows 10/11, go to settings and search for Network Reset, then apply this option.
- Restart your system and try HWID Activation.
- If it's showing the same Internet error then follow the below option.

## VPN
- Install Freedome VPN, connect to USA servers then try HWID activation.\
<https://download.sp.f-secure.com/freedome/installer/2/Freedome.exe>
- If that VPN is not connecting in your country then try this Psiphon VPN.\
<https://s3.amazonaws.com/psiphon/web/svxu-p5vk-d403/psiphon3.exe>
- If these VPNs are not connecting then try any other VPN which is working in your country.
- If HWID activation is still showing the same Internet error then check [here](troubleshoot.html) for help.
