Microsoft provides Official public links for Windows 10 22H2 (Build 19045.2965) and that build is old and has an issue where Windows update may fail to install [KB5028997](https://support.microsoft.com/topic/kb5028997-instructions-to-manually-resize-your-partition-to-install-the-winre-update-400faa27-9343-461c-ada9-24c8229763bf).
That is why we recommend getting the latest Windows 10 ISO file from the table below, those ISOs are taken from the Official MVS site.

Windows 10 download from https://www.microsoft.com/software-download isn't recommended because it uses an ESD file to generate ISO and that process sometimes may generate corrupt ISO which can not be verified with known checksums.
